Job Description
The 21st CCLC (We Are Community) Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation of after-school programs in grades PreK-4. This position involves planning and executing educational activities, supervising students, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and execute educational activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Supervise students during program hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a positive rapport with students, parents, and community partners.
- Assist in managing student behavior and conflicts.
- Participate in regular meetings with supervisors to discuss program progress and address challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications
