21st CCLC Program Aide Volunteer

Essential Functions

• Supports instruction and supervision for assigned students.
• Supervise and engage students.
• Models appropriate behavior.
• Makes sure students are safe by recognizing potentially dangerous situations.
• Maintains a pleasant and professional attitude with staff, students, and parents.
• Aid staff with setting up and cleaning up activities.

Marginal Functions

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
• Significant fine finger dexterity.
• 20% sitting, 40% walking, and 40% standing.

Continuing Education/Training

• Maintains all licenses and certifications.

Clearances

• Federal background check and fingerprint.
