Real Chemistry is a global agency dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative communications and marketing services. Our mission is to make healthcare more human, and we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to clients on financial status.
- Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them.
- Understand the implications across tactical/business plans and interdependencies between workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. Compensation is determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. For this role in particular, it is highly preferred that you are able to come into the New York and/or Boston office.
