About the role

Mary Kay University is a 10‑week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real‑world experience across a variety of business functions. Interns contribute to projects, solve business challenges, and build the skills, relationships, and confidence to shape their future.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree at an accredited university (full‑time undergraduate or part‑time/full‑time graduate); rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred majors: Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Chemistry, Biology, Sensory Science, Life Science, Microbiology, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate communication between groups to achieve quality objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and ability to quickly learn business software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for the beauty industry and cosmetic products.
• Data management and organization skills; basic understanding of fundamental science concepts.
• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Interest in sustainability (preferred, not required) and data analytics/AI (preferred, not required).

Pay

All internships are paid, starting at $20 per hour.

Schedule

The internship runs for 10 weeks from late June to mid‑August, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with an in‑office presence 4‑5 days per week.

Location

Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Manufacturing/R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
