About the role

Our Summer Internship Program reflects BHHC and NICO's commitment to developing the next generation of insurance professionals. Through immersive internship experiences, students gain meaningful exposure to the insurance industry, develop critical business and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that drive real business outcomes. By combining hands-on experience, mentorship, and engagement with industry leaders, our program empowers emerging talent with the knowledge, confidence, and professional network needed to build successful careers and help shape the future of insurance. Positions are located in Omaha, Nebraska. The program is an 11‑week summer internship running from late May to early August.
