Program Overview
The summer internship program is a professional development initiative that provides participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and its operations. It includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and learning sessions with key leaders. Interns have the opportunity to choose their career paths through the competitive internship and may receive offers to join the full-time Analyst Program.
Eligibility and Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Computer Science, Management and Risk Management, or related business field with an expected graduation in December 2027- June 2028.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Data analytics experience in SQL, PowerBI, JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, and Agile methodology.
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills.

- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for the summer internship varies based on location:
- Charlotte, NC: $33.66 - $33.66/Hour
- Des Moines, IA: $33.66 - $33.66/Hour
- Dallas Metro, TX: $33.66 - $33.66/Hour
- Minneapolis, MN: $37.02-$37.02/Hour
- Phoenix Metro, AZ: $33.66 - $33.66/Hour
- San Antonio, TX: $33.66 - $33.66/Hour
What You Will Do
Interns will participate in formal early talent program and workshop initiatives, review various assignments, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers, take part in team projects, tasks, and activities, engage in experiential learning, contribute to process improvement, and partner with various Operations teams on daily functions and responsibilities.
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel 5% or more of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without requiring work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo.
