Program Overview
The summer internship program is a professional development initiative that provides participants with a 10-week overview of Wells Fargo and its operations. It includes relationship-building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and learning sessions with key leaders. The program prepares students for a rewarding career at Wells Fargo and may lead to an offer into the 2-year rotational analyst program.
Eligibility
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Computer Science, Management and Risk Management, or related business fields with an expected graduation in December 2027-June 2028.
- Data analytics experience in SQL, PowerBI, JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, and Agile methodology.
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.

Job Expectations
- Ability to travel 5% or more of the time.
