Business Overview

The Global Operations Early Talent program provides exposure across multiple functions and teams within the Chief Operating Office, including Wholesale Operations, Shared Services Operations, Consumer Banking and Lending Operations, Payments Operations, Fraud and Claims Management, Global Operations Strategy and Execution, Business Communications, Global Operations Data, Analytics, and Reporting.

Wholesale Operations

  • Delivers resources to support corporate clients globally.
  • Maintains financial transactions for businesses, institutions, and wealth management clients.
  • Includes teams such as Commercial Banking Operations, Wealth & Investment Management Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Lending Operations, Wholesale Operations Shared Services, and Operational Excellence.

Shared Services Operations

  • Delivers core operational functions across Wells Fargo.
  • Consumer Banking and Lending Operations

    • Payments Operations

      • Fraud and Claims Management

        • Global Operations Strategy and Execution

          • Business Communications

            • Data, Analytics, and Reporting

              • Required Qualifications

                • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
                • Data analytics experience in SQL, PowerBI, JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, and Agile methodology.
                • Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, evaluating business processes, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
                • Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action by supporting process and project delivery, contributing to day-to-day operations, and driving operational excellence through strong process management and an enterprise mindset.
                • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, build strong working relationships, foster an inclusive work environment, and actively seek and apply feedback to support collaboration and successful program execution.
                • Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, supporting process improvements, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
                • Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and sound judgment by applying risk management principles, identifying and escalating operational risks, and supporting well-controlled, compliant operations in a dynamic business environment.
                • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as chat-based assistants and built-in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.

                Job Expectations

                • Ability to travel 5% or more of the time.
                • Wells Fargo will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
