2027 CIB Markets Analyst Program - Early Careers

About the role

The Markets Full-Time Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduate students entering their careers in markets. It offers a comprehensive set of capital market products and solutions to the broader Wells Fargo customer base, including underwriting and distribution of public debt, private debt, foreign exchange, and equity products.

Responsibilities

• Booking and managing daily trades
• Sponsoring pricing, risk monitoring, and trade execution
• Conducting research and data analysis to support market-making and client flow
• Preparing research presentations and market trend analyses
• Contributing to derivatives transactions and valuation frameworks

Requirements

• 6+ months of Markets experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• Strong academic achievement
• Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
• Relevant internship experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay

• Boston: $110,000 annually
• Charlotte: $110,000 annually
• Houston: $110,000 annually
• New York: $110,000 annually

Schedule

Primary locations include Charlotte and New York, with limited opportunities available in Boston and Houston.
