About the role
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed to build skills in financial modeling and market analysis, with collaboration among bankers and risk professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
- Prepare financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
- Conduct property and industry research
- Participate in due diligence and client meetings
- Collaborate with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
- Contribute to client relationship development
Requirements
- 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
- Strong academic achievement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
- Relevant internship experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
