About the role

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed to build skills in financial modeling and market analysis, with collaboration among bankers and risk professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
  • Prepare financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
  • Conduct property and industry research
  • Participate in due diligence and client meetings
  • Collaborate with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to client relationship development

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
  • Strong academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 annually, across all locations

FINRA/Associated Person (AP) Language

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
