Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for Digital & Brand Presence.
- Manage the website, social media channels, email newsletters, fundraising appeals, scholar blogs, and video content.
- Develop and execute a Social Media Strategy.
- Manage and execute the digital marketing calendar and content strategy.
- Uphold SHE-CAN’s voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital communications.
- Support Events (In collaboration with the marketing manager for Events & Collateral).
- Maintain a folder of templates for events that can be quickly and efficiently repurposed including digital invitations, email templates, RSVP forms, etc.
- Be the event lead for selected events at direction of Advancement Director.
- Public Relations
- Develop and Execute on a PR Strategy that is designed to build awareness and interest in SHE-CAN throughout the country, and grow awareness in communities where SHE-CAN has established a strong presence.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Design and manage digital fundraising campaigns.
- Manage email segmentation and the digital communications plan, working with the Advancement Operations Coordinator for support.
- Collaborate with the Advancement Manager on digital appeals and impact stories.
- Engagement & Analytics
- Track, share and utilize engagement metrics, campaign touchpoints, and campaign performance across all digital platforms.
- Advancement Team Support
- Support events as a key team member.
- Manage budget for all digital marketing and PR initiatives including working with platforms, consultants, etc.
- Tech Savvy: Experience in design management with a proficiency in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Mailchimp, Wix, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent Writer: Adept at crafting compelling narratives.
- Media Savvy: Successful at creating effective marketing and PR materials that result in growing awareness and conversion.
- Event Savvy: Experience supporting small and large events.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data, segmentation and analytics.

The salary for this full time position ranges from $75 - $80K annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
