About the role

Responsible for creating and executing pastry and bread recipes, ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced in a timely manner. Collaborate with other culinary staff to enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed recipe books and ingredient lists.
  • Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and adjust baking temperatures and times to ensure consistent quality.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new recipes and techniques.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and following food safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
