About the role
Responsible for creating and executing pastry and bread recipes, ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced in a timely manner. Collaborate with other culinary staff to enhance the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed recipe books and ingredient lists.
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Monitor and adjust baking temperatures and times to ensure consistent quality.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and following food safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
