About the role

- Create and execute pastry and bread recipes to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure cohesive menu offerings.
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Train new employees and assist in training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking/pastry experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid food handler’s permit.
Skills
- Proficiency in using pastry equipment and ovens.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.

Pay
- $15 per hour for weekdays and $18 per hour for weekends.
Schedule
- Weekdays: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
