Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a skilled and experienced residential service plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential service experience, a desire for financial and professional growth, and comfort building connections with people. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.).
• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and answering questions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to plumbing codes.
• Operate a company vehicle to service homes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Pay

Annual take‑home compensation ranges from $80,000 to $200,000.
