What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 Years residential HVAC installation experience - Required
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• A professionalism, taking pride in your work and appearance
• The ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
• Willingness to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
