2026 - 2027 School Year - 4th Grade Teacher
About the role
White House Heritage Elementary School is seeking an experienced 4th grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be certified in elementary grades K-5 and have a passion for teaching fourth-grade students.
Responsibilities
- Teach core subjects including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies to 4th grade students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress through various methods and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance educational programs.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- A valid teaching certificate in elementary grades K-5.
- At least two years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

- Experience with differentiated instruction and technology integration in the classroom.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The school year runs from August to June, with a typical schedule of 180 days per year. The school year begins in late August or early September and ends in late May or early June.
