2026 - 2027 School Year - 4th Grade Teacher

About the role

Crestview Elementary School is seeking a certified 4th grade teacher for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The position is available in Springfield, TN 37172.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies using district-approved curriculum.
• Create lesson plans aligned with state standards and educational goals.
• Mentor and support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance student learning.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide feedback.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the school and district.

Requirements

• Current teaching certification in Elementary K-5.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• At least two years of successful teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain positive relationships with students and families.

• Experience with differentiated instruction and technology integration in the classroom.
• Knowledge of current educational research and best practices.
