About the role

Responsible for providing social and emotional teaching and reinforcement services to students at Miley Primary and Miley Achievement Secondary locations in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based social and emotional learning strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to enhance student well-being
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Assess student needs and progress using data-driven approaches
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid Nevada teaching license
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Knowledge of social and emotional learning theories and practices
