About the role

The role requires a strong background in special education, specifically for students with autism spectrum disorders. The teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans based on IEPs
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with autism
• Collaborate with other special education teachers, therapists, and administrators
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching license/certification
