2020 Form W-4 Finalized

On December 5th, 2019, the IRS released its final version of the 2020 Form W-4. The form is very different from prior years and includes important changes that could impact both employers and workers. The new form is available at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf. Current employees are not required to complete a new Form W-4; however, anyone hired on or after January 1, 2020, will only be offered this new form.
