About the role
The UW Department of Radiology seeks a Nuclear Medicine Physician to support the Department of Radiology to contribute to our growing Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging section.
Responsibilities
- Performing and interpreting the clinical nuclear medicine PET and Nuclear Cardiology studies
- Evaluating and treating radiotheranostic patients with a high level of excellence
- Engaging with radiology residents and nuclear residents in lectures, regular imaging and radiotheranostics clinical conferences, journal clubs, protocol reviews, as well as side-by-side instruction in the clinic
- Participating in medical student teaching
- Participating in multi-disciplinary clinical and translational molecular imaging and radiotheranostics research
Requirements
- WI medical license by start date of position
- American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) or American Board of Radiology (ABR) Board certified or board eligible (Dual Pathway or Nuclear Medicine Fellowship trained) by start date of the position
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent by start date of position
Skills
- Fellowship training in Molecular Imaging is preferred

Schedule
Full time is preferred but consideration will be given for an appointment at less than 100 percent.
