We are seeking a department manager who can lead and inspire teams, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value for our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and manage labor for the restaurant
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Manage the kitchen department, including food cost and inventory
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage labor for the restaurant
• Ensure proper communication and coordination among the team
• Help assigned departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Passion for mentoring and inspiring teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
