About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, manage staff training, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Support new employees and motivate existing staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with work schedules
- Passion for working in the McDonald’s environment
- Age 18 or older
