Responsibilities
- Schedule shifts and manage labor for the restaurant
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability across all departments
- Manage the kitchen department, including food costs and inventory
- Prepare weekly schedules and manage labor for the restaurant
- Ensure proper communication and collaboration among team members
- Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts
Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. A passion for mentoring and inspiring teams is essential.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are required. Familiarity with McDonald's standards and policies is beneficial.
Skills
Effective leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant management software is helpful.
