$15/Hr Experienced Shift Manager

About the role

We want to see you on our team! Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams? As a shift manager you will provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts effectively in advance
• Build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, profitability and ensure proper communication throughout the team
• Meet targets during your shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Team player to help drive the team, create a fun environment and produce exemplary results in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Starting pay rate ranges from $15 to $17 an hour with completion of Leadership Transitions and verification
• $14/hour prior to completion of stated requirements

Pay
