$15/Hr Experienced Shift Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Manager who can lead and inspire our team. The role involves providing leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts effectively in advance
• Build constructive and effective relationships to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Maintain safety, security, profitability, and proper communication throughout the team
• Meet and help assigned departments meet their targets during shifts

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

Qualifications

• Passion for mentoring and inspiring teams
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
