Responsibilities
- Makes sure that service providers follow rules and regulations.
- Visits sites to check how well services are being provided.
- Answers questions and helps solve problems for staff and clients.
- Develops ways to measure how well services are working.
- Asks for money to pay for services and checks if the money matches what was spent.
- Writes down what services need to be done and asks for help if needed.
- Monitors and checks the records of service providers to make sure they are doing their jobs right.
- Collects and analyzes data to see how well services are working.
- Helps train staff on how to use contractors and their services properly.
Qualifications
- Has a degree from a college or university in a job-related field.
- Had three years of work experience in a job related to this one.
- Knows how to use computers and other tools to do the job.
- Can talk and write clearly to help people understand things.
- Understands rules about how to handle money and paperwork.
- Knows how to use spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
- May need a driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
