Responsibilities
- Aids in developing and scheduling program work plans.
- Oversees daily operations and coordinates program activities.
- Determines priorities and ensures service delivery network meets needs.
- Collaborates with other programs, departments, or staff for efficiency and compliance.
- Evaluates program effectiveness and develops improved methods.
- Writes, edits, and coordinates promotional, educational, and training materials.
- Collects and analyzes data, prepares reports, and maintains records.
- Assists with grant and proposal writing.
- Prepares periodic reports and financial statements.
Qualifications
- Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in standard software applications, excellent communication skills, ability to work in emotionally demanding environments, valid Texas drivers license, and good driving record.
- Knowledge: Understanding of federal guidelines and policies relevant to the program.
