Responsibilities

  • Aids in developing and scheduling program work plans.
  • Oversees daily operations and coordinates program activities.
  • Determines priorities and ensures service delivery network meets needs.
  • Collaborates with other programs, departments, or staff for efficiency and compliance.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness and develops improved methods.
  • Writes, edits, and coordinates promotional, educational, and training materials.
  • Collects and analyzes data, prepares reports, and maintains records.
  • Assists with grant and proposal writing.
  • Prepares periodic reports and financial statements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in standard software applications, excellent communication skills, ability to work in emotionally demanding environments, valid Texas drivers license, and good driving record.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of federal guidelines and policies relevant to the program.
