About the Role

We are fortunate to have the only dedicated memory care unit in Muhlenberg County, a rehab-to-home short-term unit, and an above-average staff-to-resident ratio!

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance, and services according to the health care provider's orders
• Serve as a supervisor for residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• One year of CMA experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
