Responsibilities

• Lead drilling operations on site in accordance with the drilling program and HSE standards
• Supervise contractors, drilling personnel, equipment, and safety compliance
• Plan, optimize, and control costs of drilling operations
• Prepare daily and final well reports

Requirements

• Higher technical education in Oil & Gas
• 12–15 years of drilling experience, including 7–8 years as a Drilling Supervisor
• English language proficiency at B2 level (technical)
• Proficiency in MS Office, OpenWells, and Project Schedules
• Excellent knowledge of drilling technologies and safety standards
