Responsibilities
- Perform duties as budget owner, including cost control and accounting.
- Develop the Annual Work Program and Annual Budget (AWP&B) and any amendments to them.
- Prepare monthly expenditure forecasts.
- Conduct financial evaluations of tender participants and analyze bids in the Contract Board.
- Support budget holders in generating data for Absorption Plans and Budgets.
- Provide ongoing recommendations to the business on planning, cost reduction, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and cost control using SAP (preferably in the oil and gas sector).
- ACCA, CIMA, or CA certification (or equivalent master’s degree) completed or in progress.
- Advanced proficiency in software (SAP, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting principles for large capital construction projects and joint operational activities.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Schedule
5 days per week, 2 days off (Monday–Friday).
