Responsibilities

• Use data from Company security risk assessments to develop a strategy for expanding the video surveillance system and integrating it with existing elements.
• Oversee the installation of the video surveillance system and ensure high-quality integration during commissioning and project completion.
• Ensure compliance with Company requirements, including but not limited to:
  • System reliability
  • Procurement of materials and usage control
  • System security, including corrosion resistance
  • Power supply
  • Network infrastructure
  • Instrumentation, data storage, and information security
• Document and communicate lessons learned during project implementation.
• Perform technical quality control to ensure compliance with standards, installation reliability, and commissioning of security systems, including video surveillance components and final integration into the Security Management System (SMS).
• Optimize contractor performance to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience with installation and commissioning of electronic access control systems, including but not limited to:
  • Access control principles
  • Electronic locks and unlocking mechanisms
  • Audio and audiovisual door unlocking equipment
• Experience with video surveillance control equipment, cameras, monitors, alarm systems, and auxiliary devices.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, and CAD.
• Knowledge of IP technology and network infrastructure, particularly fiber-optic and structured cabling systems.
• Strong management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written).

Schedule

Full-time (28 days on / 28 days off)

Location: Aksay (office)
