Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of business requirements, analyze business-event and data architectures, evaluate potential solutions, and provide recommendations to line management.
• Ensure the integrated functionality of developed applications and completion of all programs in accordance with the schedule and development guidelines.
• Proactively identify and improve existing business processes, as well as standardize, simplify, and automate them.
• Understand existing processes, needs, and requirements of business units to deliver the best possible solution, implementing both modern cloud technologies and on-premise solutions across various functional areas.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation and integration solutions into production with contractor support.
• Analyze and document requirements, goals, and objectives for functional areas of departments and the company as a whole.
• Develop internal procedures and user instructions for system/platform usage by company departments.

Requirements

• Confident PC user with experience working in a project team developing business applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project and Visio.
• Understanding of financial accounting standards.
• Ability to coordinate activities within a comprehensive professional development program.
• Ability to perform complex, multi-component, and detailed planning, reporting, and interact with various stakeholders, senior management, and external organizations.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations, take appropriate actions, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
• Full understanding of applicable business information systems, testing methodologies, training, business systems analysis, and/or other relevant systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and experience in organizations related to financial activities, information technology, and telecommunications.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Flexible and thorough approach to problem-solving.
• Ambitious and results-oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Schedule

5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
