Responsibilities

• Manage contracts at pre-award and post-award stages
• Develop contract strategies and tender procedures
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, legal departments, and business units
• Prepare Scope of Work, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with contractors and suppliers
• Analyze market trends, manage risks, and optimize commercial terms

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering, economics, or law
• 9+ years of experience in contracts and procurement within the oil and gas industry
• Experience in contract management at pre-award and post-award stages
• Experience in procurement planning, vendor management, and KPI reporting
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• CIPS Level 5+, MSc, or MBA is an advantage
