Responsibilities

• Lead the update and revision of Operational Safety Cases in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan (DSIU).
• Develop and revise occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation.
• Coordinate the update of risk department standards and documentation.
• Identify and develop measures to improve technological safety.
• Collaborate with contractors to implement risk and technological safety tasks on behalf of the company.
• Oversee independent external audits of the technological safety management system and ensure all deficiencies are identified.

Requirements

• Higher education in chemical, mechanical, automation, or control engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a process safety engineer.
• Experience in developing and implementing EERA, FERA, Safety Case, or DSIU.
• Proficiency in LOPA/HAZOP/HAZID methodologies, risk assessment methods, incident investigation, audits, and safety management systems.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
