Zumba/Dance Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach Zumba/Dance classes to groups of varying fitness levels
• Ensure all classes adhere to safety guidelines and standards
• Engage with clients to motivate and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals
• Adapt to different teaching styles and formats
• Manage class schedules and ensure smooth operations
• Participate in in-house trainings and certifications

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and contagious energy
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new formats
• Reliable and organized
• Dynamic and team-oriented
• Current Zumba B1 License
• CPR Certified

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness instruction is preferred, but training will be provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking
