Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate participants in Zumba classes
• Ensure all classes adhere to safety guidelines and standards
• Adapt to different learning styles and abilities
• Participate in in-house trainings and certifications
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and contagious energy
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new formats
• Reliable and organized
• Team-oriented with a passion for health and fitness

Qualifications

• Current Zumba B1 License
• CPR Certified
• Experience preferred, but training is provided

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles
• Strong organizational skills
