Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate clients through energetic and enthusiastic instruction
• Lead classes that promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Adapt to different learning styles and abilities
• Ensure safety and proper technique during classes
• Develop and maintain a diverse client base
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall class experience

Requirements

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about health and fitness
• Current Zumba B1 License
• CPR Certified
• Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness instruction is preferred, but training will be provided
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with others
• Outgoing personality with contagious energy
• Passionate about health and fitness

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to various teaching formats

Pay
