Zone 1 Travel Team Trainer

About the role

Join our Youth Development Pathway as a Trainer working with our travel teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed coach who is passionate about creating a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment for players aged 8–12.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for our White teams (3rd level).
• Deliver two one-hour sessions per night, twice a week during the Fall (August–November) and Spring (March–May) seasons.
• Coach approximately four hours per week, working closely with the club's Technical Department to support player development and ensure a consistent training experience across the program.

Qualifications

• US Soccer Grass Roots License or higher (D License and higher preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of youth coaching experience.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be local or willing to relocate.
