Zone Trainer (West)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Zone Trainer (West) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will play a key part in strengthening sales capability across a regional zone through impactful training, onboarding, and performance development. The position blends classroom instruction with field-based coaching to help commercial teams improve execution and accelerate results. You will partner closely with sales leaders and learning stakeholders to assess needs, deliver targeted programs, and reinforce best practices across multiple sales functions.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$128,490 – $176,671 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver training through a blend of classroom instruction and field-based zone coaching
• Implement the Learning & Development strategy to drive sales performance
• Lead role-specific training initiatives for various sales functions
• Conduct formal training programs, including new hire onboarding and product launches
• Assess sales capability needs and collaborate on targeted development initiatives
• Coordinate training pathways for new hires to support early performance
• Provide real-time feedback and post-training performance summaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics with strong market knowledge
• Proven expertise in sales skills or field training preferred
