Zoho Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Zoho Developer who knows the Zoho ecosystem inside and out. The ideal candidate will be confident working across the full Zoho suite, from building and customizing applications to designing and maintaining integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and customise Zoho applications to match our business processes
• Write Deluge scripts to automate workflows, logic, and data handling across apps
• Design and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms
• Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable, clean solutions
• Create documentation and provide guidance to team members on Zoho tools and processes
• Troubleshoot issues across the Zoho suite and implement lasting fixes

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience across the Zoho suite — Zoho One experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s native automation and integration tools
• Able to translate business requirements into practical, well-structured Zoho solutions
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Clear communicator — comfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and reliable working remotely

Skills

• Zoho certifications are a bonus, but not essential
