ZIPP Liquidside Operator

Responsibilities
- Make equipment hook-ups for Process and CIP (Clean-In-Place)
- Ability to independently read the schedule and plan accordingly
- Dump raw ingredients into hoppers based on dryer and schedule needs
- Drive a fork truck in 45A to bring bulk bags into the room
- Complete liquidside batch turnarounds (CIPing equipment, batching oils, dumping minerals [up to 25 kg bags/drums], pumping in different materials in different areas, process hook-ups)
- Operate the Delta-V system for PMPH process and powder dumping process
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, keeping it GMP compliant at all times (includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- Monitor and troubleshoot the process using the Delta-V system
- Monitor the process flow to include flow rates, process and equipment parameters
- Monitor CIPs using the Delta-V system
- Perform SAP transactions (making Transfer Orders, doing inventory reports)
- Perform chemical tests on circuits
- Absorb and document detailed batch records
- Assist with disassembling, assembling and preventative maintenance on various machinery
- Follow necessary gowning procedures based on the hygiene zone level
- Complete all necessary transactions, reports, audits, and documentation
- Be able to use independent judgment, work well within a team concept, and be able to multitask between various processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Previous experience in a food processing department is a plus
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
Qualifications

Skills
Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to use radio system and always be alert on it. Important information is constantly communicated. Be able to use independent judgment, work well within a team concept, and be able to multitask between various processes.
