About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
