Zerspanungsmechaniker (M/W/D) Fachrichtung Drehtechnik

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes
• Manufacture high-precision single parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Independently perform machine and tool changes as well as optimizations
• Inspect and control manufactured parts using measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) and document results
• Maintain and service machines, ensuring production readiness

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Machinist (m/f/d) specializing in turning technology or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of CNC turning technology and modern CNC controls
• Several years of experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Team-oriented, committed, and flexible
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with Sinumerik 840D/840DSL control systems is desirable
• CAD/CAM knowledge is an advantage
• Resident in Germany with a valid work permit
