Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines and boring mills
• Write small CNC programs using Siemens 840D control
• Set up machines independently
• Ensure quality by monitoring all machining processes and steps
• Inspect workpieces from in-house and external production
• Develop processes to avoid or minimize production waste
• Perform cleaning tasks on machines

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic/technician (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in CNC milling in metal/stone processing or experience with Siemens 840D control
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night shifts)
• Strong technical understanding
