Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or advanced training as a CNC specialist (m/f/d)
• Experience in operating CNC lathes – ideally in long-turning technology
• Knowledge of machine programming
• High quality awareness
• Independent and reliable work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to embrace new challenges (e.g., long-turning technology) and continue learning

Responsibilities

• Operation and programming of CNC-controlled lathes
• Setting up, correcting, and loading production machines
• Continuous quality control using measuring and testing tools during the manufacturing process according to specifications and inspection plans
