YouTube Producer
The Role
As a YouTube Producer at Dragonfruit, your strength is operational excellence. You will own the integrity of our production operating system. That includes maintaining task hygiene in throughout our Production System, enforcing documentation standards, auditing workflows for breakdowns, and continuously improving throughput, clarity, and predictability. This is a systems-first production role. While you will collaborate with Creative Directors, your primary responsibility is designing, maintaining, and optimizing production workflows across multiple accounts. This role is 10–20% creative alignment and 80–90% operational execution, systems thinking, and technical project management.
Day-to-day, you’ll own the production process across 3-5 client accounts and manage 400+ videos in active production at once. That means allocating editors, anticipating bottlenecks and acting as a trusted partner to clients—guiding timelines, deliverables, and approvals while communicating with empathy, clarity, and authority. This role is about powering the heartbeat of the most influential YouTube channels in the world. Our clients reach tens of millions of viewers every month, shaping conversations in business, personal & professional development, health & wellness, and beyond. As a Producer, you’re not just managing deadlines—you’re ensuring the ideas that matter most get delivered to the world at scale.
