Youth Tennis Coach

About the role

We are seeking Tennis coaches for our TGA Sports program. TGA Sports has been in the youth sports business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Employ a non‑competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress‑free.
• Apply positive reinforcement to encourage improvement and celebrate success.
• Maintain an open‑mindset, view coaching as a continuous journey, and seek feedback.
• Attend regular trainings (monthly/weekly/seasonal) and follow the TGA Sports Coaching Manual.

Requirements

• Must have a car.
• Must have experience coaching tennis.
• Located in Annapolis and nearby suburbs (or willing to work there).

Pay

Earn $30 per class, with the potential to earn up to $55 per class.

Schedule

Work 5‑25 classes per week, typically after 4 pm, with weekday sessions around 5:00‑6:30 pm.
