Responsibilities
- Often in a short term (< 6 months) capacity, provide project support and guidance to cross-functional teams on various departmental projects.
- Prepares project reports, presentations, documentation, or other related materials.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members.
- Helps coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for project activities.
- Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Drafts and distributes project-related correspondence, emails, and memos.
- Tracks project progress and updates project schedules and timelines.
- Colls data for project analysis and reporting.
- Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting.
- Aids in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- May coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
